THE TEMAZCAL
• Who lives the experience of entering a
Temazcal, has the opportunity of a physical, mental , spiritual and emotional
change.
• It represents the body of Mother Earth
, who is capable of uniting the forces of the four elements; air, water,
fire and land.
• It is a micro cosmos, whose elements communicate
with the universal conscience.
• It is the place where brotherhood reappears
with splendor with all those who share the inside of the temazcal.
• In synthesis it is a sacred place, a space
where the generating forces of life in the universe are shared.
DESCRIPTION, EXPLICATION AND RECOMMENDATION
• It is the more antique ceremonial and ritual
therapeutic bath in Mesoamerica.
• In the micro cosmos of the Temazcal the
elements that integrate it are a communication via with the universe
Whosoever lives the experience of being inside the Vapor House, receives
a strong impulse for a dialogue with its own heart, and from there on
it is possible to restore communication and a conscious contact with all
beings of Nature and other dimensions.
• It is being observed that after this hot
steam bath a calmness effect is produced as a result of changes in the
blood pressure, the augmentation of heart beats and the warmth of the
body , the breathing changes and the relaxation of muscles, all of which
give a sensation of pleasure.

and the ablution bath (water with decoctioned herbs ) stimulate the circulation
and liberate the body of waste substances , resulting in a stimulating
effect.
